2021 Virtual Poster Presentation Rules

Awards will be given to students with the most outstanding poster presentations. 

There will be three categories:

1. Undergraduate

2. MS

3. PhD. 

The poster session is a great professional development opportunity for students working in soil and water research. 

The student poster submission deadline is Wednesday, January 20, 2021.

The following information should be sent to Arlene Adviento-Borbe, DWMRU, USDA-ARS by email (arlene.advientoborbe@usda.gov) or fax: 1(870)-680-4347:

1. Poster title 

2. Name of student presenter & academic classification (undergraduate, MS, or PhD student)

3. List of co-authors and their affiliations

Poster presenters must submit pre-recorded presentation by January 25, 2021 at 17:00 CT at the Google Form link below.

Pre-recorded presentations must be created using VOICETHREAD application that is available for free at https://voicethread.com/myvoice. 

• Uploaded pre-recorded presentations should be no more than 5 minutes long with audio narration
