When can I register for the conference?
Online registration is now open.

You can also register for the conference in person on Jan. 14 at 7 A.M.
Will ASWEC offer CEU credits?
Yes. We offer CEUs every year.
I am a Ph.D / MS / Undergraduate student and I want to enter the poster competition. What do I need to do?

There are no videos for the 2023 Student Poster Competition. Why?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we made the decision to have a virtual conference in 2021 and 2022. In order to keep students and attendees safe, we decided to have a Virtual Student Poster Competition. Participants created video presentations, which we were allowed to post online.
In 2023, we held an in-person conference, so there was no longer a need for video presentations.
The virtual presentations will remain on this website to serve as an example for students interested in competing in the future.
