Michael Klamm serves as the Deputy Regional Director for the Delta Region, encompassing Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, with the National Agriculture Statistics Service (NASS). In this role, he oversees the collection and dissemination of agricultural data crucial for the region's stakeholders and policymakers.
Michael brings extensive experience within NASS, serving as Deputy Regional Director for seven years. His career highlights include pivotal roles as the National Cattle Statistician and Turkey and Poultry Slaughter Statistician in Washington D.C. Michael's early career spanned various field offices, including St. Louis, Missouri, Columbia, Missouri, and Denver, Colorado.
He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Agricultural Business with a Minor in Economics from Colorado State University. Michael and his family reside on a small cattle farm in Grant County, Arkansas, where he actively engages in agricultural practices and community activities.
