Meet The Speaker: Dr. Paul Counce

Dr. Paul Counce is a professor in the Department of Crop, Soil and Environmental Sciences and Rice Research and Extension Center at the University of Arkansas. He has been a faculty member for the last 41 years. His work has been directed to rice physiology and rice production.
