Joel Riley has been working for the USACE Memphis District Hydraulics and Hydrology Branch since 2020.
He graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Memphis in May 2020.
His work for USACE has included ecosystem restoration, floodplain management studies, and hydraulic forecasting model development. He has been working with the Center for Water Sustainability since the summer of 2021.
Riley currently serves as the USACE point of contact and administrator for the Center for Water Sustainability.
